Maybe with the weather but CC has never been good against the Angels. His career ERA is 4.72. The last time he faced the Angels this year he gave up 5 runs in 6 2/3 innings (ERA 6.75). I dont think CC had his best stuff against the Twins. He had the advantage of the Twins being worn out.
