Never understood this tactic or philosophy. First how is closing the deficit going to work this way? Second, why not eliminate the tax on the people? This wouldn't work either One of the major problems is states can set different rules and our states are desperate to supply jobs so through competition the states keep cutting and slashing to attract companies. Talk to any economic development person for a state, county or city and they will tell you it's cutthroat. Until we solve this the corporations will continue to get huge breaks and tax breaks and be recruited by areas. Not all of the breaks are bad, but it is way over the top now.
