I'm not really hating,but this needs some 'splainin. How does one go past the radio "hits" of NFG and then honestly dive into the whole catalog as a serious fan?

 

Pretty easily. They became my favorite band at 15, and I still love them today. Not every album is a homerun; the album released this week is horrible, but the one before that was really good. They also put on a really good show.

Got a guy that works for the same company I do from Tonypandy Wales and he is who I picture as Taffy.

This guy while really great has an obsession of playing and trying to get people to love Robbie Williams and old Take That but certainly not new Take That. So I'm pretty sure that's what Taffy is listening to these days.

 

Tonypandy is 30 minute drive from me, in the next valley over.

I never said it was technically better. I said I liked it better. I like buffalo sauce better than BBQ on my chicken tendies, but both are good.
