They worked ep 7 in to set you up for more characters down the road. We now have 8 and 11. Both with totally different powers. Maybe I missed some story, but where is 1-7, 9&10? Lots to build on, etc There will be others and New powers will be introduced. Some will probably be evil and some good.
ep 7 also did more to flesh out Eleven's character and backstory than any other episode of the series had done. it sucked at the time because 6 ended on such a cliffhanger, but I had no problem with the episode in the grand scheme of things.
Only thing i want more of is more details On the upside down and more weird stuff coming from it. The big evil thing and dogs are great, but I want a more diverse realm with all sorts of weird stuff. That being said. Show is fun and I enjoy it. 8.5/10
And it's now on the spaceship as well. Getting ready for some ID4 shit next year. Hopefully 1-7, 9/10 can fly.
#4 is a white male with a curly mullet who smokes marlboro reds and drives a muscle car. he's on the evil side of the spectrum and his special power is making stepford wives panties wet
which episode does the woman and her little kid run into eleven? need to find out the woman's name my buddy thinks it's our good friends ex-gf. blonde curly haired chick
yep that's her. dated her best friend in 8th grade. used to be Bethany Tellehany and was a really awkward braces deluxe girl in middle school and then around 10th grade the braces came off and she did the late bloomer and was gd gorgeous all the sudden. great singer too smoking hot when she was at auburn Spoiler /csb
I mean fuck the new characters and the expanding world honestly. This was about that tight crew of kids a sibling or two. It's gonna get less appealing the more they deviate from that.
I think they move on from the upside down storyline completely and focus on this. 11 tracking down the rest of the kids and forms a super group to hunt down Dr. Brenner after she finds out he's started experimenting on kids somewhere else. Only Dr. Brenner has found some of the kids from Hawkins lab as well made his own supergroup that he sends on nefarious missions and protects Dr. Brenner's interests. Basically I want to see a Stranger Things version of X-Men, with a Steve/Dustin side story thrown in.
Yeah as they’re explaining the map Mike says that X is the objective. Bob comments and Joyce says, “Bob, no questions!”
Eh, the last scene didn't really mean anything imo. The gate is closed. The monster in horror movies never comes back after you defeat it for good... But seriously, I'm sure it will be incorporated in some way going forward, I just hope they come at it from a different angle, like Brenner or another Hawkins lab kid is trying to reopen it somewhere or something.
Just finished this morning, another fantastic season. Agree with most 7 was the worst episode but it has to setup future shit. I thought at first 8 & 11 were going to show up together and wreck shit. Hopper and Joyce need to fuck already. Eleven using both hands and levitating made me way more hype than it should have
my only issue with Max and Billy was that they made it seem like they had some dark backstory but they were just children of divorce.
They had no plan beyond that season. They had no clue what to do with Peter because they made him too powerful and were trying to find ways to handicap him.
Finished it tonight. So damn good. Watching the first Behind Stranger Things, too. It’s funny how the kid that plays Mike doesn’t really catch on when the Duffers are fucking with him. It’s easy to forget that these are still just kids. Also, maybe it’s just the being British thing, but Millie favors a young Emma Watson.
Steve & Dustin was phenomenal. The scene with the kids on the bus was great, as was the whole season. Just amazing how well done it was to not be a letdown after S1.
Actually I was really referring to the emergence of 8 and her crew. I was fine with Max. Liked her even.
"Hey buddy, he kicked your ass, you put up a good fight though" and "She's driven before" both got me.
Finished a couple of days ago... - Infinitely better than Season 1. - Steve has quickly turned into my favorite character. The Dustin/babysitter dynamic is incredibly hilarious. - Loved the 7th episode with Kali. Don't understand the hate. - Billy is awesome. Was wondering what new characters they would introduce this season and they knocked it out of the park with him. Max and Bob as well. 8.5/10 will watch again
Steve was much better this year but I still can’t really get over the public slut shaming on the movie theater in season 1.
I still can't fathom anyone jerking it to Nancy. She still looks anorexic and younger than her age as a result. She can't weigh more than 85 pounds soaking wet. Now I'd bang the shit out of her mom, and I'm pretty sure I actually had Billy's haircut in the mid-80s. Steve was awesome this season. Was very glad we didn't have to see his freckle-faced douche former friend more than like 2 scenes this year.
team thought Billy and Max were secret spies from the lab. also team Dustin and Steve. and also team Nancy. give her a few cheeseburgers and
