Tasting menu for the table. Glad we did it, but I agree it’s something to do once for someone like me who’s an out of towner. Wish the wine snobs went easier than they did.
I go there all the time and had no idea they offered a tasting menu. They do a great job. Brunch is especially good.
Hey guys, I'm just getting started in real estate and just started at Halstead Properties. If you or anyone you know are ever looking to buy, sell or rent anywhere in the city then please feel free to hit me up. The first year + in real estate is very difficult so any potential lead would be greatly appreciated.
I finally went to 4 Charles after living down the street for years. I thought the scene was a 10/10, but was a little disappointed on the food, maybe 7 or 8/10. I honestly think I'd rather grab a burger at Bar Sardine just for ease and also think its as good.
From what I remember due to extreme intoxication, I went last week and loved the atmosphere and the chill waiter. Thankfully, the burger and fries were just like au cheval. Wife got that pasta dish, which was very good, and we started with the scampi, which was also very good.
Yep, the waiter used to be #2 at Au Cheval and moved out here to be the guy. He's definitely a good dude. Hooked us up. I'd go again in a heartbeat for the atmosphere and solid food. The shrimp cocktail was the best thing imo.
Wife and I are trying to find friends to take over our current lease so we can move into a bigger spot, so we're definitely looking. Tbh though, I'm morally opposed to paying broker fees so I'm probably not your best bet.
Yes you do! Dying to go there as well but dropping $1k for dinner for two is basically out of the picture for us now that a little one is involved.
Heading there next weekend, any good rooftop bars with good views you NYC bros could recommend? Or great NYC bars in general
Sad news. So glad I made it there back in June. It was awesome, and I planned on going back. Is Ugly Baby the next best in that area?
Pok pok really is a very shitty end. Sucks. I just had Claro. Best “high end” Mexican I’ve had in the city. Snap pea tostada, my word
Really gutted about Pok Pok. For living about half a mile from it I really haven’t taken advantage enough. Just three or four times.
Need to get here ASAP https://ny.eater.com/2018/9/6/17827084/misi-open-photos-menu-missy-robbins-williamsburg-nyc
Give me your Brooklyn restaurant suggestions, go. Bonus points for vegan suggestions because my fiancée hates good food.
