Leaving to go move my SIL now. My wife last night before bed tells her parents I am driving separate to get home to watch the game. Hangs up the phone and says what time does it start. 8 pm. She called me some names she never did before. Was probably no chance we wouldn’t make it home by 8 but I’m not taking the chance. Haha
honestly didnt consider the option but im not sure if I dont go out of this game with less confidence in the team despite winning
Gilman is a nice revelation. Our OL is concerning. Hopefully it’s more of a Michigan being that good along the dline sort of thing.
My butthole being loose as it does not appreciate all these butt clenching games that should be comfortable wins but fuck Michigan. a W is a W
I was not a Gilman believer but he was excellent tonight I would not mind if Jalen Elliott never sees the field again though
Wimbush was Wimbush, the fact he was that good tonight against a legit defense should give us optimism The special teams wtf Defense pretty darn good
Well, I was right. I came. A little sloppy and the OTs stuck balls, but I'm drinking bourbon and i love this defense. 11+4 were huge. Speaking of which, 11+4=15. Which is only one more win than we'll have this season. (But that may be the bourbon talking).
Gilman is a difference maker. Finally have a safety who can ball. For as much as we heard about our CBs being great I thought they gave up too many plays to a slightly above avg WR core. Our OL was troublesome but Eichenberg first start and a banged up Hainsey were gonna struggle with Gary and Winovich. I think they get better and the DLs we face will get less dominating
Elliott will be needed, he is not a starter but we need him. His hit on the te at the end was unreal. Nd needs depht to keep people fresh to make these hits
Coulda been just my section, but that was the best atmosphere in the stadium in a long long time. From 30 minutes before the game when the student section was already full (which I've never seen) the crowd was into it. And why the fuck have they never played that "the crowd was so loud they had to call a timeout" video before? That was great
This is like last year, we might have an identity finally. We run the ball and the defense is smart and stout. Take some shots and let the qb run, really like how they come out on both sides.
The first half was one of the more impressive coaching jobs we’ve seen under Kelly. Both coordinators did a great job. Second half was meh on offense but I’m willing to let it slide on faith that Michigan’s d is probably pretty good and adjusted well. Special teams suck ass and this game should have been over at halftime. I just cramped up on that post
Agree 100%. Why want yoon on kickoffs from the get go? And newsome needs to do a better job on punts going forward
When it was 21-3, I let the thought creep into my mind we could be headed for a USC type thrashing. Then the kickoff happened haha
Also is there anything more classic than Alize dropping that dime from Wimbush and taking out Boykin in the process?
