I’m very excited that Kamala is running. I am not excited for the gross shit that’s gonna spew out of the gop over the next two years as an African American woman gets close to the presidency.
It's just a poetic juxtaposition about our purity tests on people's policies, what one group cares about versus the other.
Because white people could possibly become a minority in this country. They are setting up to become the party of the white minority. They will need to have some sort of ability to tell who is actually considered "white" in this country.
I mean, 100%, it's racism. They are not attempting to juxtapose with our policy purity tests. But it does juxtapose nonetheless.
The level to which she has them shook is amazing. Every reply seems to get worse. The funny thing is even if I knew nothing about it, and I honestly didn't before AOC came along, watching so many white men argue incorrectly about it makes me really want it.
They just keep showing up to get dunked on. Reminds me of when posters like R2, TH, FSUDan, etc come into political threads just to get their talking points shit on.
Because they operate under the belief that being a minority affords an advantage and that "these people" lied to get that advantage. It adds to their projecting the victim mentality.
This is how I see it, it’s a divisive strategy to try to prevent her from mobilizing black voters, but they’re actually helping her without knowing it. Jamaicans and other Afro Caribbeans living in the US do not identify with blacks in America but get the word out that she’s of Jamaican decent and you’ll get the entire West Indies behind her.
I think the well actually-ing is also to dismiss the reasons that minorities (particularly blacks) are voting for her rather than accept the fact that they prefer her issue stances. They did the same thing with Obama.
He is right about the quote, he isn’t silent about being a racist Iowan fuck. He is a loud and clear racist. He is wrong about th RIP part. MLK is rolling in his grave with that pos even uttering his name.
‘Everybody! I got this Swastika tattooed on me because of the auspiciousness and good luck meaning it held for the western world. You are now calling the kettle black. Don’t judge me. Only whitewashed baby Jesus can do that.’
Perhaps we could be nicer to the red hat people if only the good, moderate red hat people would denounce the radical red hat people.
don't be so quick to make judgments about the person who chose to wear a bright red hat so that everyone would notice him
This reminds me of the famous MLK quote “tell that racist Iowan he can go fuck himself...and I HOPE HE DIES.”
Who’s officially in to dethrone Cheeto man in 2020? Warren Harris Never mind here’s a link, I’m lazy https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/us/politics/2020-presidential-candidates.html
But they’re not trying to tie her to the black community they’re trying to portray her as not being a real black person because her mother is Indian and her father is Jamaican.
Right. "And blacks are too dumb to realize she isn't even one of them." They did the same thing with Obama.
