Might have a chance with Reid Travis being out. Lord knows how EJ Montgomery and Nick Richards will respond to the prime opportunity to prove that they deserve more playing time. Both have a tendency to get in foul trouble, perhaps that is partially a result of them not playing a whole lot so doesn't matter if they rack up fouls, so they may not end up playing many minutes anyways just because of that.

LSU is such a strange bball program. They either are really good and like win the conference or they're horrible, never in between. This will probably be only their 4th NCAAT trip since 2006 and they'll likely have won the SEC Championship 3 times in that span.

Maybe I was a little carried away but the out of control temper tantrums on the sideline are constant. Against Bama last year I never saw a coach behave the way that he did. Plus his actions when they played UL-Lafayette and talking shit to the opposing coach all game and yelling at him all because he "took offense" to the other coach saying he thought they should have been a higher seed. Just seems like a huge scumbag
Just not shooting as well as we did last year. Also think we miss Heron more than we initially thought we would. Wiley has battled injuries. McElmore isn’t playing at the level pre injury that he was last season. Basically we just aren’t very good when 3s aren’t falling
Physicality. Heron was our toughest offensive player and Murray was a damn bulldog. Now we’re soft so if we can’t shoot we don’t have much to fall back on.
