Wristband thread has gone off on a tangent. It’s turned into people complaining about anything wrong with RRR and one lady suggests we stop paying our HOA dues.
I think we should raise the donation amount to have access to the donor board. $20, $40 at a minimum.
Later on in your troll, you talk about your long distance muslim gf and her bother from california is coming to visit you. Ask about places to visit etc
We should just move all of the threads on the mainboard to the donor board and accept new members by referral only
A little RRR background... The Developer of the neighborhood is named Dana. Pretty much everyone in the neighborhood hates her. She wrote into the RRR HOA bylaws that she gets 3 seats on the board and residents only get 2 seats until all building in the neighborhood is done giving her control of the neighborhood. Lately she has been leaving the gates open so her trucks can get in easier and it’s enraged people. Side story: a person I know in the neighborhood calls me late one night saying I needed to sign a form to nominate him to the board. He said he was working with two other neighbors and together “we can control RRR and do whatever we want”. He didn’t know RRR residents only get two seats on the board leaving him without a seat and he had to acquiesce to his two friends the next day The latest move by the developer is to leave the back gate open permanently so her construction trucks can start work at 5-6 am. The people in this part of the neighborhood are particularly irate. Loud noises, construction debris and trash, feeling of insecurity with an open gate, etc.
Buddy I’m glad you enjoy living there bc that sounds fucking awful and can’t believe people pay to live there To each his own
I left out one key piece of info...the back gate that is permanently open, opens into a “neighborhood” called CTI: Concept Therapy Institute. It’s a hippie commune, I mean the exact total opposite of RRR. A bunch of Bernie supporters living off the land, Wednesday yoga, etc. There are probably ~50 homes and/or trailers in CTI. The original owner of the land died and the heirs just wanted cash so they sold the land to the RRR developers Dana and Jeff, with all these people’s homes on it which sprung a ton of lawsuits. Dana and her husband Jeff won and all these people, many who lived there decades before RRR existed are now being forced out. The residents of CTI already hated everyone in RRR because they were the antithesis of their being...large/loud, consumerism, big SUV’s, cookie cutter home, middle/upper class, we speed through their neighborhood as we leave our own, etc. But now it’s a whole ‘nother level as they view RRR as the reason they are being forced to move after living almost their entire lives at CTI. I’d say half the time I drive through there to enter the back gates at RRR I get flipped the bird or yelled at by some crazy resident. This guy Mark below, is one of the three along with my friend who planned on “taking over” the neighborhood, but now they just do what they are told by the developer
Looks like someone beat me to the Chick-fil-A thread on Nextdoor (for those that haven’t been following San Antonio banned CFA from the airport)
that seems like it has the potential to be a very long and interesting topic Do you have your own real account that you use? If so, do you comment on Scout's posts? That could be really fun to fuck with
Mentioned randomly that I rent in a reply and it was the best way to save money compared to owning. Got this PM (sorry about the quality):
This dog Versace gets out at least once a week. People in RRR always take the dog to its house out of guilt and they rage every time. This lady Jacquie was who I wanted to model my original character, 92 year old Eunice, after:

Fixed income Fibromyalgia Cord cutter except lowest internet which isn't fast enough to get all your bills paid because it times out so often while page is loading. Can Scout borrow someones wifi once or twice per month to pay bills?
