I can’t thread ban but I sent him a warning for inappropriate behavior since he shouldn’t be posting in here
This is sadly true. For those gambling at home, the next game I will sleep through will be Sunday vs Nats.
https://www.cameo.com/v/hWSWcPLel Got this from my kids today for Fathers Day. We are always ragging on Chip just like we do in here so it was a little tongue in cheek but pretty cool.
Donaldson was one of the game’s most productive hitters against left-handers from 2015-18, but this two-run shot was the first homer he’s hit against a southpaw this year. It also extended his weekend success against offspeed pitches. Per Statcast, Donaldson entered Friday hitting .187 (20-for-107) against offspeed and breaking pitches. The veteran third baseman took batting practice on the field against a breaking ball machine Saturday afternoon and then immediately began reaping the benefits. “[Hitting offspeed] is something I’ve been lacking all year,” Donaldson said. “Then taking a couple changeups and being able to hit them out of the ballpark, that’s more like what I do.”
Luke Jackson is on pace to blow the most saves since 1987 (before some of his more vocal fans were alive). Point being: Anyone who purports to be a #1 poster but also supports Luke is a liar and a dipshit.
the team plays better after a blown save that’s scientifically proven. sorry the duke is a team player who cares more about the team than he does his individual stats. some of you could learn something from him
I don’t think you understand that the individual stat of blown saves literally translates into non-wins
sometimes it’s important to sacrifice one win for the greater good. pretty sad some don’t understand that
The team plays better the game after a blown save. That’s sacrificing one win for the possibility of one win. It’s a wash at best (and that’s a stretch).
Luke's Batting Average Against: March/April: .216 (70 OPS+) May: .269 (102 OPS+) June: .294 (142 OPS+)
Luke gets a longer leash than some others due to his superior tweeting abilities. I’ve been taking notes and doing calculations. We have some pretty big movers and shakers on the LAR list this week.
Not surprising that shareholder Clown Baby is not a fan of the take-a-penny, leave-a-penny blown save/win strategy we've got cooked up.
In a way, it embodies #financialflexibility. But in another way, it’s dumb as fuck and Luke fans should tarred and feathered.
We need a legit closer if the braves have plans of winning a playoff series. Luke has a lot of talent, but he is not a legit closer.
