In the words of old DirtBall ‘Sweet summer child’ He hates Houston and Seattle every bit as Atlanta and *soon* LAFC. But there is an initiation to this thing. Text messages between me and dirt 25% - the fuck us with Nebraska athletics 25% - woman are hot in some capacity while drinking 20% - Sporting or Portland immediate updates 5% - other league updates 20% - fuck *combination of* Garberbuck teams or the teams we hate. Atlanta comes up way less often than Seattle. Houston is a huge wildcard that brings out the bourbon-Mad of Dirt that this thread doesn’t see enough of. But, we are equal opportunity haters. I’m more on the sidelines because I don’t have the knowledge of Dirt with league overall metrics and players.
UPDATE: Just saw it was SIX DOLLARS to reserve a ticket. The “fans” AKA 90% Precourt burner accounts (verified that fact with my sources) put down a REFUNDABLE $50 to reserve EIGHT seats. What a pathetic fucking way to try to create a headline for a pathetic fucking franchise owned by an even more pathetic man.
Atlanta did the same thing (took them 3 months to get to 26K) and everyone doubted their eventual season ticket numbers. Precourt is a fuck, but Austin has always potentially been a great MLS market.
Fuck the Vaginamo. There was a 4 year span when SKC-Hou were head and shoulders above the rest of the Beastern conference (yes, check your history books, Sporting once made that SAD! Conference respectable). We played each other in the open cup every year, we played each other in the playoffs every year, we were the first team to beat them in their new stadium, they were the team to end our shutout streak before we beat theirs. Two years in a row the beat us in the conf finals (an then got their asses kicked) then we beat them and went on to achieve MLS cup glory. Fuck Brad Davis, Fuck Brian Ching, Fuck Calen Carr, Fuck Corey Ashe, etc. They’re the absolute worst.
