Give me Wintergreen Tomlin over this mental midget. I've had it with Folty and I'm sure the players are tired of his bitch ass attitude.
Can’t believe we sent him back out there he hasn’t done a single fucking thing against their top 4 in the lineup
This arm strength argument needs to stop He’s had over a third of a season worth of starts to catch up
It's a bullshit excuse. He's just really bad right now, and it has nothing to do with still catching up from missed spring training.
Bryse Wilson shoved tonight in Gwinnett, if they make an IL move with Folty and want someone on the same day as him.
I lean towards both. He's clearly still an emotional baby. The pathetic thing he calls a slider this year makes me think he's still having elbow issues. Guys are able to sit on his fastball because they know if he throws the slider, it's just going to spin in the middle of the plate.
Unless we come back and win tonight we're going to be 2-9 in his 11 starts this season I believe. Ls: @Wash, @ Pitt, Det, @STL, Milw, STL, @LA, SD and COL Ws: Phil and Pitt
I’m about over playing the Nationals Of course we didn’t get them at all early when they were in fucking ruins
I understand them owning us a few years ago. They were loaded. They’re not that good, we just turn in to fucking pussies playing this team
On the verge of winning their 19th game in the last 26 is trash? This a different team than a month ago. They're healthy and have a damn good starting rotation. As long as that holds up they're gonna be hell to deal with.
They have 3 really good starting pitchers, a shit bullpen and a very average lineup. I’d be shocked if this lasts much longer after they get finished playing the weak schedule coming up
God damnit Folty is trash. He's legitimately worse than Gausman. Not sure how he got to head back out after we regained some momentum, what a terrible call.
I agree. You just knew Snit wasn't going to pull him because he was at just over 50 pitches entering the 5th inning.
5-4, perfect spot to pinch hit with a pitcher. Run Tomlin for 2 innings, etc. I get that the pen is a little stressed, but come on.
I know he's trying to get 5 out of Mike, and trying to show some confidence in him, but he hadn't shown any possible reason to merit that tonight. In his Pittsburgh start, he had allowed 3 and recovered to go 6. That obviously wasn't happening tonight and should have been handled differently.
