I think it’s crazy that happened in 2013 and they were so good at suppressing it that it wasn’t until a leaked report in 2019 when everyone found out it was actually an amazon truck.
It's not like the CFO of Amazon is limited in her job choices. We only have one life. Don't work for shitty companies if you have a choice.
Although to be fair in 2013 Amazon was more known for predatory pricing that wrecked small businesses than 3rd world working conditions
Maybe it’s because I like the idea of people reforming, but she will never get a chance too, and a son lost her mom due to a freak accident. with how little we know about the person, despite her job title, her practices within the company, it seems unhealthy as a group to celebrate her death.
Also to be fair, her window of employment was from 1996-2000 when she left because she didn’t seem to enjoy working for the company.
so she left the company 13 years before she was killed but fuck her lol she died because she worked there? That seems weird.
Of the many things we should make sure are written about the GOP going forward, one that needs some focus is their unwillingness to attack the Q narrative.
For a guy that is afraid of stairs, golfing, even though his drives his cart onto the greens, is work.
"Weaponization of disinformation" as the topic and having the editors of the biggest corporate newspapers on to expose the truth is about the most cynical joke I've ever seen
It won’t matter, these are people that believe that white Christians are the most targeted group in the US and they believe that there’s a literal war against Christmas.
The healthcare section is just incredible. “Democrats are the ones who want to strip you of your private, employer-provided health insurance!” (And replace it with insurance not tied to your job) “Remind your relative that Democrats’ proposed government takeover of healthcare plan would take away the health insurance plans of 180 millionAmericans and more than 20 million seniors would lose Medicare Advantage.” (And replace it with 200 million insurance plans) “Elizabeth Warren’s plan alone would cost taxpayers 52 TRILLION DOLLARS – undoubtedly raising taxes on the middle class to pay for it.” ([citation needed] and americans wouldn’t be paying 52 Trillion in premiums) “If you offer a government plan, some people will take it. And that will leave fewer people in the employer provided plan, which will cause rates to rise. Which will drive more people into the government plan, which will raise rates in the employer plans. Which will … you get the idea.” (Because under trump private health plans have definitely been going down and getting cheaper lol? Also this strengthens the argument for M4A by illustrating why putting all healthy people on a plan with all sick people decreases risk pool and lowers costs in a single payer model) “Ask your relative if they like going to the DMV? Now tell them to imagine the government controlling their healthcare system because that’s exactly what it would be like.” (because people and doctors looooove working with insurance companies right now...) “A government takeover of healthcare means longer wait times, worse quality of care, higher costs, and a downward spiral where your healthcare is beholden to a government bureaucrat in Washington DC!” ([citation needed] and you are adding a “government bureaucrat” instead of “billionaire CEO”) “In contrast, President Trump is expanding health care access– bringing down costs.” (WHAAAAAAT??)
The Republican argument on healthcare is indefensible to anyone that isn’t a pharma or insurance exec. It’s a completely absurd and illogical argument.
This is my in-laws playbook. I've decided to tell them I'm just gonna donate to Bernie every time they pipe up about some bullshit. Let's see how that works
You don’t want the alternative. She’s also not up for re-election. Sullivan is the much shittier option and he’s up in 2020.
