The character should be more concerned about his Washington colleagues finding out about the very low academic standards The Citadel has for admittance. Right now they accept 13% of applicants that finish in the bottom fourth of their graduating class from high school. Yikes.

I was sitting close to an old lady who was mortified that our fans weren’t behaving in a respectful/patriotic manner to Citadels team. It went on long enough that I couldn’t refrain from telling her that Citadel students have not committed themselves to military service after graduation unlike Army/Navy/Air Force. I don’t think she believed me but she at least stopped whining audibly. They deserve our utmost respect for going to a Practice SAT course version of boot camp/officer training school right? Maybe if they took a real practice SAT course they could have gotten in to one of the academies.
I used to think his accent was fake as hell and not a good representation of SC... then Henry McMaster shows up. Granted, McMaster is lower state which is completely different from Gaffney as far as accents go. But I've lived in SC my whole life and never knew people talked like McMaster.
