    Yes. I think it’s considered one of if not the best anime movie ever. Rumors of a live action have been floating around for years. Nolan was attached to it at one point

    Compared to you guys, I'm the most casual SW fan there is. I saw 4 (and prob 5 and 6) in the theater when they were released. I've only seen bits and pieces of 1-3. Wasn't really interested after the reviews that I saw. So, I was skeptical when I decided to watch 7.

    <freezing cold take>I was very pleasantly surprised with how good the casting was for Rey/Kylo. IMO, those casting decisions bought them a lot of good will with fans. The early depictions of Kylo in 7 are a terrific follow up to Vader. I've seen 8, and I think would rather have seen the writers keep the line b/w good and evil (Rey & Kylo) more distinct and clear. Maybe a good ole redemption story for Kylo thru Han and/or Leia. Maybe keep Rey an orphan (or whatever) who has found her home in the force without being related to Palpatine. I know there is clearer resolution to those questions in 9. Haven't seen it yet.</freeziing cold take>

    Before anyone posts some bs, (in my opinion) false rumors are being spread about Kenobi project being cancelled. I don't believe it. They've seen the success of Mando, they're not about to scrap something in the same vein.

    It just feels weird to like #’d Star Wars so much. I can live with the first part being average to great because the last hour and a half is so great.
