Is this an easy comparison—ie either a president can abuse their power or they can’t? (regardless of the circumstances, so it’s irrelevant how the alleged abuses compare)
I have a pet theory that if you're one of those who curl up your eyebrows in an owl-like way, odds are you're an evil person who does evil things.
Why not? I mean I'm no fan of Bolton and certainly think he's a lunatic. But he's guided by a worldview and an ideology, and when he does the shit he does he thinks it's for an actual foreign policy goal.
because what stupid mother fucker ever thought for one moment that trump was ever acting in the best interest of the country
Republicans think it’s OK to shit on the Constitution if you’re a wealth white guy, or maybe some piece of shit like Devos. But if you’re poor, or worse, poor and colored, then it’s a zero tolerance game.

Yea, they write this article about Dems once a week, even if it’s just a disagreement over whether to order in Thai or Chinese. They’ve almost never written it about Republicans.
it was more a relief to see the press acknowledge Rs are a temporary shit show even though I have no doubt they’ll fall in line for dear leader
And before we praise the NYT too much, let’s remember how poorly it’s run from the top that they’d fail 9th grade lit is not shocking

Well, right before Christmas, one of the superintendents from my client heard this really loud argument from this couple walking at the foot of the trail. Like, screaming at each other... woman looked / sounded familiar... turned out it was Kellyanne and George.
I've honestly never understood the argument that Midwest states being left out if the vote were popular? Does this somehow change representation? I've always considered a vote in Sioux Falls, South Dakota being far more valuable than a vote in Los Angeles more of an issue. I literally had to Google cities in South Dakota to come up with that...
