They targeted a bum fuck area and had people going door to door to collect absentee ballots and then change them, and that shit got flagged very quickly. I would imagine a simple instruction to not give your ballot to any person would be an obvious first step. But you’re right I suppose. I guess I was giving people the benefit of the doubt and assuming they would just fill something out and put it in the mail. I can’t envision a scenario in that case that fraud could occur on a large scale.
