I’m shockingly impressed by the phases approach. Very, uncharacteristically well done. Can’t argue with much on there.
My concern is that it is very nuanced and our country is not very good with nuance. I am also concerned that they are not relying on testing and they are saying things like if you feel sick, stay home. They are also saying that at risk people should shelter in place, which I agree with, but I hope they support those people. Then there is the issue of interstate travel when some regions are good and others not so much. I feel like this hodge podge of execution which relies on the motives of governors and local municipalities is doomed for failure.

He seems terribly dense. I believe he was talking about when there were a very limited number of cases. Like under 100. For contact tracing to work, you have to identify + ppl with testing. Then trace back to all of their interactions in the last week or two. Contact those ppl and place them in quarantine. I think something like that happened in New Rochelle, NY.
Contact tracing is a wide spectrum. South Korea did a phenomenal job, we have done a donald trump-esque job. If you test positive and they are when and where you have been previously, thats contact tracing. South Korea steps that up 100x fold.
My general inclination is to be super skeptical of anything the Trump administration is rolling out, considering how pretty much everything has gone under his presidency.

They are worried about jurors being together. You can do bench trials in June but of course both sides have to waive. They have been letting most people out unless you are facing serious charges (so all my guys still in). I don't know what the hell is going to happen to my cases because ill only be back for a month or so before I go back out on paternity. Going to be a hectic month
