The profit/loss screen on my options right now is hilarious. Just a screen full of carnage and red numbers anywhere from -30% to -97%. 10 red in all, and then there’s my unicorn MVIS at 3,179% gain saving my whole operation.
I pulled it up by accident. Know nothing about the company. I said you should short it when it was $13.67. It's at $13.53 right now. This morning's high had very weak volume behind it. TSI has negative divergence, and the demand index and VZO are negative on the 5 min and close to turning negative on the 15 min. It's sitting on the VWAP as support right now. If it breaks that, it it could fall a good bit imo.
I think they do some kind of masks/protection equipment. I bought a little early COVID and got out like a week later when it didn’t do much lol
I would also compare somewhat to banks in 2008 in the sense that the strong/lucky will eat the weak/unlucky and we will see a different landscape. An airline bankruptcy/merger or 2 definitely in the cards.
I'm not sure you even have to go that far out. 5/7 is supposed to be their "announcement". If it's nothing, the drop will start then. If it's not nothing, your puts are going to be worthless regardless of how far out you buy them.
I agree with you but I don’t see them all surviving this. Hopefully we see a new player or two instead of just straight mergers but I think mergers end up being the likely result.
What's a good entry point for DIS as a long hold? I still think it has to come down more, but I thought that with CCL and turns out I'm an idiot.
It hit $80 in the great market crash of....oh fuck, that was just in March...but has only been south of $100 very briefly since. I'd think anything sub-100 would be right if it's something you want for the long.
The further you buy out the higher the extrinsic value (the market’s assumption of where the stock might go).
Sold all my MVIS at $1.52, watched it jump to $1.64 an hour later, now at $1.20. What a roller coaster of emotions for $75.
Bought MVIS 5/15 $1 puts at 22cents this morning that are up 21% that I was hoping would become more valuable on Thursday after I got out of the underlying stock on Wednesday afternoon. Any idea what has caused MVIS to drop the last few hours? Baseballman86 Are people on discord dumping?
Should’ve bought a bunch of TRVN yesterday instead of a bunch of MVIS. First day on the Stonks looks like a loss...
Most folks saying they’re holding until tomorrow, but then again a lot of the big movers seem to have gotten out today.
It wouldn’t be the first BS “evidence” that has been posted that’s for sure. Unless Bill Gates himself mentions MVIS by name tomorrow, I’m getting completely out before Thursday
My puts do not like this chatter. MVIS doesn’t have listed patents on the patent’s page. I also don’t get paid $4m a year to analyze patents. http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-...642,045.PN.&OS=PN/10,642,045&RS=PN/10,642,045
