Found out tonight my wife volunteered 3 things for a teacher party at our sons school. 3 items you’d think maybe cups, napkins, dessert. No she volunteered chicken, rice, and beans...for 20 people. Not realizing Chipotle or a comparable place would be almost $200. Awesome.

the heating element in our dryer went kaput and im not interested in repairing it/replacing the dryer during a pandemic + we can get by air-drying our shit out in the sun for now. wife still requires we run clothes through the dryer with a dryer sheet to “get rid of static”. I’m adamant static isn’t an issue if you air dry clothes and if anything she’s introducing static by tumbling them in the dryer. obviously I’m right, right? she’s convinced this is necessary and I feel like I’m taking crazy pills.
Ive never in my life heard of static being an issue with air drying and my mom used to air dry at times. Shes crazy.
MLS asked me to go to pick up a package because it was too heavy - it ended up being a rope ladder so we could traverse out the fucking window if needed. I'm torn between the hilarity of attempting this thing and the financial benefit of returning it immediately. She at no point discussed this purchase.

Quarantine stress and immigration stress is starting to get to my wife and she's occasionally being pretty petty and condescending towards me. I'm trying to be understanding since I get that she's stressed and irritated but it's starting to piss me off. We've been fostering dogs the last few months and she keeps complaining about having to talk to the rescue and talk to prospective adopters and I keep saying I'm not working right now cuz of lockdown so have them call me instead but apparently complaining is much more satisfying

My girlfriend, who is heavily involved in the dog rescue community, sends me a picture of an Aussie and asks if we can foster it. I say sure!, as my Great Dane (not fixed yet) is great with other dogs. She doesn't inform me that this dog is also an unfixed male. My Dane is growling like a dickhead and this dog is barking in the most ear piercing high pitched way wherever we put it. Oh, and it's my fault for saying to bring it home.
I'm kind of worried about him. He's always sharing Trump memes on his FB page, and whenever I walk in the room he quickly changes the channel from OANN to Discovery or something. He also tried to order a MAGA collar on my Amazon account.
