Last time I accidentally ate gluten it was three weeks of stomach pain and constant battles between constipation and diarrhea.
The nearest chick fil a is in a mall food court. So they put an 18 wheeler in the parking lot, that acts as a food truck. Apparently the food truck could have gone anywhere in country, but picked this location. Limited menu (bottled drinks only), but still pretty solid.
The chic-fil-a in a mall near here has set up the parking lot as a deaf to drive thru. You order, park, and they’ll bring it out to you. Sounds fucking awful for the people that have to hunt down your car though.
Have you used the app for curbside pick up before? It's probably the same thing and they would have a curbside set up where you put in your color and car type and a person checks you in. Plus the mall isn't going to have anybody there anyways.
I think we have 6 of these, but that definitely means there’s some good demand if that’s where they sent it.
I’ve done curbside for my last 2-3 orders and it’s super smooth. Pick a spot in parking lot, check in and report your spot #, app alerts when food is ready and they bring it out to you moments later beats having to worry about the first world horror of being stuck in the drive thru behind a person who didn’t order ahead in the app
the set up here is pretty impressive. There are two booths you can order at. Pull ahead , and your food is ready within a couple minutes.
yep. Troy, Michigan. It’s in a higher end mall, with tons of businesses within 2-3 miles. Almost impossible to go during lunch, unless you order on the app. Plus up until a couple months ago, it was only Chick Fil A in Metro Detroit.
mfw I see someone actually talking to the speaker box or CFA employee with tablet for more than 10 seconds
If I get CFA at the mall it’s normally because I’m going into the mall. I’d just go to the drive thru location or the regular store location otherwise. And for some reason all three are all within two miles of each other and they are literally putting a fourth one in the same area. Seems like it would be better to spread them out a bit more.
Two spicy chicken sandies and I’m mudbutting within 30-45 minutes. I still do it 2-3 times a year. Fuck it, sometimes you need to clean out the pipes.
Our cfa has a two lane drive through. One lane is for people who order with the app. The other lane is constantly 20 cars longer, feels good to just whip past everyone.
https://www.chick-fil-a.com/customer-service/contact Here’s the “contact us” link through their website. You should use that to tell the eighth most profitable restaurant in the world how to better run their business.
I think they just have spicy/ original sandwich, nuggets, tenders and fries. Chick Fil A sauce only. No lemonade. not sure if it’s closer for you but there is a free standing one by the airport that just opened up.
Swung by CFA just before closing last night, grabbed a few sandwiches and a 30 pack for lunch and dinner today.
many stores do have delivery now. I just curbside picked up 12 nugs, chicken sandy, medium fry, large Diet Coke light ice. Extra honey roasted bbq.
Wife wanted a mid-week cheat meal, I suggested CFA. She fought me on downloading the app, but eventually did so begrudgingly and placed our order en route. We arrive. Line is wrapped around the building. We park and plug in our space number. 6min later we’re leaving with fresh hot food. Thank you for this win, TMB.
2 grilled filets, add pepper jack and bacon. Large diet Dr Pepper. Nugget Cobb salad and a lemonade for the wife.
The only thing that could fix my anger at knuckle draggers not using the app is my own breeze through Red status experience.
anyone not doing light ice is getting jipped just ate lunch again. Just nuggets this time though. No corona weight for me. also my CFA bonafides: That’s about ~30 free chicken sandys
My fat roommate in college would get no ice in the drink so he could take it home and use it as his personal pitcher to pour over his own ice and have more drink
Not exactly breaking any news here but cfa is a well oiled machine. Almost didn’t bother yesterday because the line was so long but the foot soldiers had everything moving and it took 5 minutes. Incredible.
