Empty houses were cool places that a young Beo would go to drink and have sex with age appropriate women. Got caught in one once and was told to leave by the owner. Wasn’t killed.
well I wasn’t a Soc. Funny story that was my favorite book as a kid and the poem by Frost in it became my favorite poem. I ended getting a tattoo inspired by them.
The insinuation/joke went over my head (a few possibilities), but you know damn well my news feed is all tranny porn.
You’re right only two women are wearing leather gloves, the other four women appear to be amputees without hands.
Guy with the briefcase is L Chris Stewart who has represented families in some relatively high profile cases like this.
I don’t get the debate about if he was jogging/robbing. Why is the media even detracting from the murder?
Asked thousands of times about thousands of incidents. Short answer: the media has largely decided their job is merely to amplify noise and absolutely never draw any conclusions about an incident and using that moronic philosophy to claim they’re being impartial.
Man, the amount of nightmare stories I have from different construction projects due to trespassers. We had to re-submit our plans on the most recent project which caused a 4 month delay due to pipe theft. The amount of "trying to get this pipe" jokes was pretty unbearable. We're pretty explicit with our anti-murder stance though, so we haven't run into issues on that front thankfully.
Settled for nuisance value (less than the cost of defending it). Generally, a property owner owes very little duty to a trespasser. Short of setting a trap, they won't be held responsible. I was defending a general contractor, who was not the actual property owner, so their claim against my guy was basically that he wantonly (with conscious disregard for the safety of others) covered a skylight hole with a tarp. There was caution tape and shit around it, so that didn't really end up flying. Still, the point is, the trespasser got fucked up pretty badly.
https://arcdigital.media/the-ahmaud-arbery-killing-and-georgia-law-72ebb5c7643b Detailed legal article written by a Georgia defense attorney that I went to school with. Really smart and a good dude.
Holy FUCK at the spin on this lately. Not even just the dumb construction site shit, seeing stuff about the rednecks were parked at the end of the street and he ran all the way to them to fight.
Count me as someone who always thought walking through a home under construction was basically jaywalking, you're not supposed to but no one gives a shit if you're not an idiot about it
I don't know if he's technically guilty of anything but I'm certain he's a piece of shit since he's friends with these assholes and thought that video would absolve them of any responsibility
I’m piecing this together, but it looks like he contacted an attorney who released the video, then retained another attorney.
have you told them that there is video of them chasing him down? Not that In age of trump facts matter.
