no. Please don’t use this for that. It is a curing salt. It basically “pickles” whatever you use it on.

Was in Sam's earlier and they had prime briskets for 3.98/lb. Had a beaut of a 14'er that I wanted to buy but I don't have room right now. Also had a 24lb choice for 3.50/lb. Yes a 24/lb brisket, that bitch was huge and dwarfed all the competition.
