I mean we should be guaranteed either a Tony or Sarah win so it's not a disaster. Natalie choosing to not make fire against Tony sealed her fate.
Can we laugh at Ben's dumb ass, "I give you permission to vote for me." This season was so good. Everyone at the end was fantastic.
Ben basically quit. So dumb. Tony is the greatest ever. I think it was one of the greatest seasons ever. Glad it ended the way it did.
As Jeff was reading the votes I felt the rage bubbling inside of me. Someone who was voted off first has no business even getting a vote from the jury.
Edge of extinction is garbage. Just chill for 30 days and win 1 challenge to get into the final 6. The only way I could get behind edge of extinction again is if there was some risk involved, or some way to earn your spot over those 30 days. Like maybe there is only room for 5 people at EOE or something and you had to do a challenge everytime someone new showed up to trim it from 6 to 5. Then at least if a day 1 vote out made it back in the game they would have had to survive 10 challenges or something. At the end of the day they should have scrapped the twist when it gave us ream for a whole season.
If Natalie would have won, I would have thrown my tv out the window. Tony played the best game in survivor history on the best season in survivor history Everyone knew he was the biggest threat all season and he didn't receive a single vote. Amazing. Best player ever imo. But holy shit, if Natalie would have won. In a way it would have been a good thing because I think that would have forced them to nix exile island. The outrage would have been enormous.
I would have had trouble watching the show anymore if Natalie would’ve won. That’s how much of a travesty it would’ve been.
As soon as I heard "thats 4 votes Natalie 3 votes Tony" I felt this bubbling pressure under the surface like a volcano about to explode. Thankfully the rest went to Tony. Natalie looked legit pissed off she didn't win which I thought was mind blowing.
In that moment I get where Nat is coming from. She probably thought she had no chance, and as Jeff is reading off the votes, she probably thought there was a chance like we all did. I get her disappointment in that moment for sure. The travesty is that Nat got any votes at all. All her votes were because her reward for being the first person off was getting to hang out w jury members outside of the game. It's a horrible game design. Tony should have won unanimously. I wouldnt be outraged if Michelle got votes, but Nat? no way. I was also frustrated w Tony. I kept waiting for him to say Nat made the biggest argument for him to win. She admitted he was the best player all season and knew she couldnt beat him. He never made that point.
Tony was by far the best player this season and so happy he won. Like others said I would have raged if Nat had won. Her only chance was to beat Tony head to head in the fire challenge. side note.. Jeff said at the end for 16,17 year olds to apply? I don’t care to watch teenagers play survivor
The twist is that each week everyone makes fire and the first one who makes fire is immune and picks who gets voted out and gets 4 fire tokens for the fire store where they can buy blank pieces of paper to write their own advantages but have to play them on fire island where Sandra and Rob will teach the players how to play by making them flip coins for advantages and disadvantages. You know, back to the basics.
Just started but hate Natalie getting back in. First voted out, was able to know the island and collect the most coin. First person out shouldn’t get rewarded for being absent from the game
The spy nest really fucks Sarah. Because she would be having these convos regardless. But it forces her to be honest to Tony
Who cares. She was looking amazing at home. Bummer she didn’t receive many votes. She deserved validation
According to Michelle she was going to get like 4 votes but those people switched to Tony to ensure that he won.
Tony is a total loon but most of the time hIs instincts are right and at his core he's a really likeable guy. Easy to see why he's so good.
Thought Sarah was gonna win building the fire. She had to know going to the end with Tony would doom her. No way was she gonna beat him. Michelle was pretty useless IMO. Nick did kind of screw her over and she won two immunities, but she was constantly on the outs and towards the end just became the goat. Ben either gave up or saw there was no way he would beat Tony and/or Sarah. I guess. Tony played an awesome, well rounded game. He played too paranoid early on, but used his alliance to perfection and won immunity challenges. Biggest thing was his main alliance never turned on him, which was crazy after watching all the stuff he was doing. Natalie played as good a game as she could after getting voted out, and tried her best to make herself look good against Tony. I realize it must've sucked to sit on EoE for that long but no way should it be that easy to jump in the final 3. She's lucky she had the idols. Good on Rob for calling out Natalie for not going against Tony in building fire.
I think she knew it too, but either bitched out and didn't want to take the chance or thought her relationships on EoE would carry her. Good on Nick for voting Tony and not being a sour puss. Knew Jeremy was gonna be petty.
Just watched episode 1 season 28. Haven’t watched since I was a kid and this is awesome. The host hasn’t fucking aged a day, wtf also, garret may be the worst survivor contestant of all time. How is that dude a pro poker player
