There were litterly thousands of people getting tear gassed outside the Whitehouse today as Trump said he was "the law and order president" So yeah, I think its going exactly how all of us "hysterical" folk were thinking it would
I mean, this is exactly the type of America the people that voted for Trump wanted. Trump promised a vision of mayhem, and in turn that is what his voters sought. They wanted the chaos, the race to the bottom, the division, the white grievances, and most of all the bigotry. Or, I dont know what other natural result they were expecting. So I don't think a lot of minds have been changed.

I think it's more of the people who didn't like either but picked Trump because they disliked Clinton more that are the ones up for grabs. People like my mother, who went from voting for him for that reason four years ago to being completely disgusted by him now. The loyal Trump base is unreachable, but not every Trump voter belongs to that base. That said, getting non-Trump people to actually vote is the most important thing. Assuming an election happens.

Sure. If you want to motivate and rally middle and suburban america then have riots and looting nationwide and lock them in their homes and refuse to let them out and take away their jobs over a virus that isn’t dramatically impacting their communities.
