Ah, what's his issue? I've only watched a couple of the course vlogs and haven't consumed any of his other content.
I think IrishLAX2 can sum it up best but the highlights off the top include that he gets pretty exclusive tee times that he routinely shows up late for and this random golf club thing he started he’ll invite a ton of people out to a muni and charge way over the regular green fee to “play” in his group of 50+ people
I guess I should rephrase I like is YouTube channel. Don’t worry I haven’t been looking to buy anything in his store shop or anything. Spoiler mainly because he doesn’t have a divot tool
Have you tried: Bridgestone Tour B (X, XS, RX, or RXS) Callaway Chrome Soft and X Taylormade TP5 and X? All are similar balls to the Pro V1 and X
Don’t really get the hate for BD. Yeah he wears a douche newsboy hat but other than that he’s just doing what he thinks he has to do to win
Because he thinks he’s the most special thing to ever happen to golf. Back when he was trying his side saddle/face on putting he went on a podcast and compared himself to Einstein saying he felt like this was his calling to change how people play the game. Also because of instances like happened yesterday when he threw a tantrum in a bunker and pounded the sand after a poor shot, then scolded the cameraman for getting it all because “it might put players in a negative light”.
So he’s basically a beefier Koepka. Whatever, he seemed pretty humble in his post round interview today
Umm you don’t get the hate for the guy who is super slow and thinks he has solved the game multiple times with pseudoscience and explodes on the course to random photographers?
The majority of his interview was him playing the part of a NASCAR driver thanking his sponsors regardless of the question asked. I guess that is humble I suppose
The same interview in which he gave a shoutout to all his sponsors and was chugging a protein shake? He just severely lacks any self-awareness. Much like his “the ball just had too much terminal velocity” when he hit the pin at Augusta last year on 18
Nah. I respect the hell out of the golf he's playing and he has found something that is working for him. That said, I'll never enjoy him
I've turned the page on BD. Still a douche, but now I am a fan. Anyone else does a post game interview/troll like what happened yesterday and we would be laughing. I never wanted to watch him before and now he is must see TV for me and you cant help but be impressed with how he is changing the game.
Perfectly said, the dude beefed up into a linebacker to hit bombs with a hilariously violent swing and came out of quarantine dominating the tour. I can’t get enough
Yep, this post and your Fan Of pages check out. Spoiler Just giving you shit. I'm team love his swing as it's hilarious and am whatever on him.
Welcome. The man does his job and does it well. Just making the fans happy in a world that needs it. Hero.
Sim Max irons are definitely less for giving than the tanks I was playing before. Took a round and a half or shanks before I started hitting them well. Finished my round this morning with 3 pars. Pretty good for me.
I got a lesson this afternoon. I’ve had a problem with some shots leaking out to the right the last few weeks and had gotten to the point where I was just compensating for it. My grip on the club was the biggest issue. My left hand thumb and wrist needed to be rotated more to the right on the top of the grip, when I had previously had it resting a little too far to the left which wasn’t allowing the club face to close on my downswing and causing me to come across it a little bit. To overcompensate for this I had moved the ball too far up in my stance, creating other swing issues and bad habits. Within 3 swings and moving the ball back to the center of my stance I was hitting drives straight with a baby draw like the good ole days. Simple fix. Trajectory also lower and ball speed and distance much better. Still got some work to do to correct the irons on the range, but man that felt good. I also had a problem with not keeping my right elbow inside and was almost extending my arms on my downswing (like a baseball swing). I know what I need to do now to fix it, just have to train my brain and body to do it. Gonna work on it for a month and then go back for one more lesson.
Tiger's chance of winning just improved. Can't wait to see him play a tournament without having to deal with fans. If he was able to wear shorts I think he'd be a lock.
It’s not a bit. Hats off to him for continually taking the unconventional route and making it successful. I can’t bring myself to root against him.
