Just got the chance to watch that finale. If someone doesn't pickup this show there is going to be hell to pay.
Still crying over the sudden and sad cancelation of the cult hit series Lucifer? Well, you're in luck... sort of. In what feels like kind of a slap in the face, Fox announced plans to air two "bonus" episodes that were filmed earlier this spring. It's unclear where the episodes will fit in Lucifer's overall timeline, but we do know they were scheduled to air in Season 4, which, as of right now, is not going to happen. Fox also released this description of the standalone episodes titled "Boo Normal" and "Once Upon a Time." Both will air back to back on May 28th at 8 p.m.: "As Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and the team investigate the murder of a child psychiatrist, Ella (Aimee Garcia) thinks about a big childhood secret that she’s been hiding. Then, after Lucifer’s mom creates an alternate dimension, Lucifer now lives in a world where he not only has never met Chloe (Lauren German), but is granted the freedom of choice." Though I'm happy the beloved characters of Luciferget one last hoorah (for now, I hope), this feels like a cruel way to appease fans. I'm sure most fans, like myself, would rather Fox bring Lucifer back from the depths of TV hell and give it a damn Season 4 already. News of the two bonus episodes comes on the heels of the #SaveLucifer campaign, which is now in its second week. Lead actor Tom Ellis had previously assured fans that "talks are happening" in an interview with TV Insider. But, unlike Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which was rescued from cancelation by NBC, Lucifer is still in search of a new home. Until then, have hope. Oh, and #SaveLucifer.
The show's creator or director, or some other type of big wig role, said these are two of the best episodes they've done.
Tom Ellis and the showrunner have hinted that there ahve been talks to revive Lucifer, though where and any other type of concrete info isn't revealed http://comicbook.com/2018/05/26/lucifer-canceled-renwed-conversations-tom-ellis/
Well shit....I've held out until now without subscribing to Netflix. Guess this is what's gonna bring me to subscribe.
I'm also thru 3 episodes. It is a damn good show still. Forgot how much I liked it. I'll wait to discuss spoiler type stuff until I watch the full season and most itt have seen it too. Btw...Mazikeen still hot af
I certainly hope not. They definitely left the storyline open to continuing on. It was a damn good season. Eve's hot but she is not close to Mazikeen. What's nice about this show is there isn't a character I don't like, or wish they would get rid of.
Hope that’s not the last season. Would be a cool ending if it is but I’ve read that’s it’s been all but renewed for season 5.
Just finished watching the last episode which i didn’t look to see was the last before i got to the final balcony scene and I began to think fuck this is feeling like a finale. Hope they renew and they should.
This is so bittersweet. I'm hoping it’s more than 10 episodes. Also they announced the final season on 6/6 @ 6pm est haha
Just started the most recent season. Looked up the IMDB episode ratings for the hell of it, season finale is the 14th highest rated episode ever on there. Must be pretty damn good. The season finale of the previous season (not counting the two random add-on episodes at the end) is 16th and that was an amazing hour of TV. A tangent, but GOT has 3 of the top 6, 4 of the top 10.
Dennis Haysbert is God which makes sense, when you can't get Morgan Freeman just go get yourself a younger version of him and have you heard that voice? It is the voice of God.
I am glad this is back for at least 26 more episodes. I can’t say how much the season for final would have made a great series finale. I hope they come up with something great and know when the last season is so they can do something like that for a series finale.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME WITH THAT ENDING Season 6 about to be LIT AF I guess it is actually part 2 of season 5 my point still stands Haybert’s entrance was very Freemanesque
Spoiler Lolol fucking Allstate guy is God. I know he's a legit actor...just funny to me. Anyway, many of the episodes in that season were pretty damn weak unfortunately. I still like the show overall and the primary story line is still fascinating but the individual show story lines of whatever murder they're trying to solve is boring me. I'll still watch all remaining episodes/seasons.
I thought it was the pretty good. Maze needs a new storyline/annoying. I feel bad for Ella. I liked Dan a lot this season.
