ive played most of them. i can assure you theres no possible way to truly understand the story because its incredibly convoluted and each game only makes that worse. the combat is definitely very fun and the disney stuff is pretty cool most of the time. enjoy it but dont think too much about the story because even playing the two main series entries prior to this gives you very little of the overall story. theres, idk, 12(?) total games in the series across several platforms. tl;dr game is fun, love is good, hate is bad
https://www.windowscentral.com/xbox...ies-s-release-date-and-price-finally-revealed The important bits... Series X = $500 Series S = $300 Series S is about as powerful as a current Xbox One X. I had been expecting $600 for the Series X so $500 is nice. I think that kinda signals that $500 is the highest price any console is going to be able to get away with moving forward almost regardless of specs. The PS3 launched with a $600 version and it really handicapped them early on.
Console is hideous. Saw somebody mention it is supposed to run 1440p @ 60FPS which is a nice upgrade.
Wow Xbox is coming out hot I’ve always been a go PlayStation first for the exclusives and then get the newer model Xbox later on but damn this is impressive
the 10 hours of demo time is about all you need to get your fix in for any new EA game at this point. Works out well.
On that note, I enjoyed my 10 hours with the newest UFC game. I'd hate myself if I spent $60 on it, but those 10 hours for "free" were quite enjoyable. Just enough time to take a new career to the UFC title
No. It's 4x as powerful as a base Xbox One or Xbox One S. It's around the same power as an Xbox One X. A Series X is about twice as powerful as an Xbox One X.
We really need a better naming convention for the xbox consoles. Going from One to Series doesn't make it clear enough.
Another big change that was announced today I guess... EA Access/EA Play is now a part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2020/09...dditional-cost/amp/?__twitter_impression=true So for $14.99 a month you get: Xbox Live Gold (Online Play + Games With Gold) Xbox Game Pass Console Xbox Game Pass PC Game Pass Perks (In-Game Content, 3rd Party Subscriptions and more!) Project X-Cloud EA Play Console EA Play PC
My first online nhl co-op match was me getting ejected for game misconduct after 30 seconds of game time (soooo like 5-10 secs real time?) there’s no need to continue playing, it’s all downhill after that
Wait, if I have ultimate on PC, I don't need a separate Gold account on my xbox?? When does the EA Play go into effect?
I saw on polygon that ea play is available now, but I thought the release said it was coming during the holidays. Anyone get on today to see if it's live?
