Honestly read the first NYT article yesterday and assumed that was the case what with recently watching Ozark and now being an expert on money laundering. Why else would you go on a buying spree of known money losing ventures like golf courses, pour millions into them, and take losses every single year? I know Trump is dumb but that's beyond dumb. I understand but he also has a history of consistently expending a ton of money on construction expenses. Pretty easy to hide money when you're constantly building. And the amount those places are losing is unbelievable. Like, literally unbelievable. There was a post yesterday ITT about how he paid 150mil for a course and has poured an additional several hundred million into it. For something that is worth around 100 mil. Why?

Yeah it's money laundering. His casino was fined for it and the only bank that will lend him money has been fined for it. He's often not the actual owner/it's someone else's money. Then they claim they're putting money back into it and they increase the value of it on tax documents but several of them there's no evidence any actual improvements were made. Basically just like Ozark.
