Second, you are bedfellows with nazis and white supremacists -- that's a fact. All trump supporters are not racists (only like 99%), but all racists are trump supporters. If nazis support the same candidate and "platform" (lol) as you do, then it's probably time to re-evaluate why you support it. Of course, the answer is racism. I have a friend who at this point has become barely an acquaintance, and who is eerily similar to TH. was a Bernie fan four years ago and now is completely red pilled. he doesn't tweet anything though he just spams our group text with twitter links and we all side text about how crazy he has gone. it's sad to watch people lose their minds, but to get to that place you had to be lacking the empathy to begin with.

I have an acquaintance that’s similar. Except he wasn’t political at all. He was just an annoying contrarian that liked to argue about dumb shit when he was bored. He started to use praising Trump / thinking he was funny to get under our skin. I truly believe he couldn’t care less about the poltics of it all. A few years later - now he’s a full fledge Proud Boy/Q type that decided he needed to conceal carry every day. He’s eventually gonna kill someone or himself
If the Ds will ever give a consistent, every-day, full-throated defense of what their platform is, I think they may find that many ppl will embrace that message.

As humorous as his descent into mushmindedness is, it's pretty sad. I know him personally, and I do think he's a nice guy who had good intentions. He's just dangerously gullible and, as others have said, lacked any real equipment to deal with self-reflection.
