this opinion always annoys me a little, he has plenty of arm strenght for college, he just has zero touch and accuracy on deep balls. He is all over the place mentally and throw way too strong on many screens, or too high. i think you assume that because he is a white little qb, but his arm is plenty strong enough.
It’s timing on the deep balls and it has been a problem to some degree with every an outside of Kiser. He is so late that he has to throw it somewhere crazy where only our guy has a shot
To your point though Beeds07 , maybe he is so inaccurate because he has to force it since his arm is not elite. Like a swing in golf, when you try to force it you always end up messing up
Some of these older guys finally learned what it meant to be a downfield blocker. Can’t take them off the field now!
I just don’t get how Kelly can watch Clemson, osu, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma etc. trade some of that run blocking for dynamic athletes and still think he is keeping up with the times
