So I went to the store today and it was quite the experience. In addition to seeing several Trump pickup trucks with all the flags driving around, the store was eye opening with MAGA fans. I had to wait in line with them to get in during the pouring rain and inventory on everything is very limited. Lots of MAGA shirts and conversations praising the trucks and talking about being ready for the election. I felt like I was in an entirely different universe that was thinking war was coming. It was very surreal. I pretty much took whatever they had. I got a Churchill 612 pump action and a Girsan MC312 TAC, which is a semi-auto shot gun. I got very limited amounts of ammo as apparently that’s even harder to find. Definitely feels weird to be a gun owner. Now I have to learn how to use this stuff. I spoke to the salesman and asked when he thought I would be able to get a Benelli M2 or a Beretta A300 and he said maybe next summer, although it depends on the election. I asked him what he meant and he said, if Biden gets elected they will ban all firearms. very strange day.
