That said, if the stars somehow aligned in an alternate universe and he did have interest in the ND job, I think he would be a natural fit. - Crazy right wing christian which would play well with most of the fan base - Huge college football historian that loves tradition - Applied for the WR coach job at ND previously - Builds a family type structure in the program and actually stresses work/life balance on his coaching staff so they can raise their kids.
