Listen, you can't just win every game as the underdog. Certainly not in the most elite conference in the land
Haven’t read it but upper class man are soft, don’t work hard and are considering leaving because Norvell is a big ‘ole meanie. They called a player only meeting to get together so they could complain about having to practice on Saturday of a bye week.
Do they? I remember our Noles saying Landon Dickerson sucked too, and he seems to be doing OK at Alabama.
Definitely needs to happen However anyone with any “talent” left on that roster is an upperclassman Minus Blackman
Warren Thompson was the obvious name. Besides that, we have seen some guys flash that you can build around (and by build around, I mean hopefully win 6 to 7 games soon). But flipping the roster completely is 100% the right move which I think Norvell has been doing as we have seen a ton of freshman play throughout the season.
No one said that. We did say he was playing OT out of necessity and would have been a better fit interior. He stayed injured because of that, which was frustrating.
Doesn’t matter. You could blood the freshman now and they’d be better by year 3 than our seniors are now. If we’re going to lose, what’s the point of rolling out guys that won’t be here next year? What favor do you think we owe them? It was stupid to trot Blackman back out for a drive this weekend. The kid is trying to hold his head up and get through his football career that ended up going no where for him largely because of a perennially shitty OL. He goes out and throws a pick just to feel even more demoralized. I feel nothing but sorrow for him.
Travis masks a lot of o line issues. Purdy was running for his life last Saturday and you risk ruining a kid. Unfortunately with Travis we have to run a simple Nick Marshall/Malzahn type of offense
They were already losing a day from the election and had another extra day off a few days prior. I suspect that it was more of a covid deterrent than anything. But man, if you're a school with a decent tradition and a part of the most embarrassing squad in its history, I'd think you'd want to at least try to get better.
I kind of understand with terry given that WR class and that he probably needed to show a bit more. Marvin's decision was an all time goof and he may need to do it again to build back his stock
I get it, but still. Traditionally players are given the entire bye weekend off. I am not surprised they didn't put 2 and 2 together that since they got Tuesday off to vote, it would be made up. Either way, FSU is in flames and I couldn't be happier.
Not shocked they didn't want to practice. However, they held a players only meeting so they could present an united front to Norvell so try and get out of practicing. The loser blood is strong in this group. I'm good with players expressing how they feel, however, it's pretty clear after the Taggart era they think their opinion is just as important as the coaching staff's opinion on what needs to be done.
seeing as how a majority of the dipshits are on the defense and they have us on pace to give up over 6 tds a game, I'm good with irregularities that they dont care for
this team is dog shit it has been dog shit for years how anyone from the outside can say the players who have been here for years and helped make the team dog shit for years leaving early is anything but a plus is wrong
don’t disagree but if the players playing are dogshit....how dogshit are the guys behind them that couldn’t beat them out for PT
