Yeah with Doherty out I'd imagine Mourinho might start Lucas to help cover defensively on the right for when Aurier gets too far forward. Japh is back in full training so maybe he will be on the bench as a more defensive option. I would love to see him stay healthy for an extended stretch, I think he can be a big piece for us in the not so distant future.
The odds have me worried. We are +320 to win whereas Man City are like even money. And we are at home. Still bet 50 on us plus 320.
A year ago when we made the move I wasn't completely sold but he has honestly exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I love this version of Jose. You can tell the players genuinely do as well.
I still think his tactics suck. But his personality has been a lot better/more likable then I expected. His ego is much more under control after the Man U fiasco. His Instagram is also quality content
Looking for a repeat of his debut against them last season. Hope he makes the most of the opportunity.
Sess scored a beautiful equalizer today. http://www.tottenhamblog.com/2020/1...e-ryan-sessegnon-score-first-hoffenheim-goal/
If you count all of the LEGAL goals and throw out the ILLEGAL goals, we won this match by a lot! edit: said at the 40’, which we all know is the end of the match.
I guess I missed Sissoko picking up a card. Be better if he didn't given how important he was in that 1st half
Did you see the ludicrous display of whining to the refs before heading into the tunnel from like six City players? That’s the problem with City, always looking for preferential treatment.
Dean needs to get a hold of the tactical fouls on Kane when he receives it deep to start the counter. Classic Pep there.
Then I feel better that’s where my mind initially went What’s Wenger thinking bringing on Walcott that late
This game is gonna be so hard to see out if we can’t retain possession for a solid minute or two. I typed this out and we did so and it was great. More of that.
