I was trying to remember it, but I think he’s talking about the exo challenge you have to do as part of the quest. Both so far have had jumping...but it wasn’t bad.
Oh right. I guess this week's is a bit more jumping. I just jumped to the middle and shot stuff. Didn't have to worry about disappearing platforms.
Made it through the first two encounters of the raid so far. Ran of steam after that though. Really digging this raid so far.
So I'm switched over to PC from xbox now. If any one wants to play I'm down. Steam friend code is 1148448440. I only have time right now to keep up with one character right now so I've got a 1228 hunter I can bring. Haven't even started the story on warlock or titan yet.
Joe Blackburn dropped a lot of info on upcoming loot and other QoL things coming to the game soon ish. Also cross platform play coming in '21 sometime.
transparency about things theyve done wrong is refreshing. its been a long time since theyve done that. and im not sure theyve ever laid out detailed plans to fix it like this before. six new ritual weapons is pretty hot as well. well done, imo.
Definitely not in a while they haven't. Last time I remember it was during y1. They know they fucked this one up which is good. So hopefully they get their shit together.
It’s 2 parts, prob 15ish steps total but half of those are visiting Crow and most of the others are pretty quick. Killing guardians/Champions is the only step that might take a little while.
Having played on both, the Xbox series x experience is as good or better than PC. The game looks incredible, the field of view options are the same and the load times are arguably faster. I’m sure ps5 is the same way, I just haven’t personally played on it.
It's amazing on PS5. Especially in 120hz in crucible. I feel so fast. Have the fov cranked to max of course.
Are you playing on a monitor? My TV only goes to 60hz. If we ever get into Trials, I may hook my monitor up to the PS5.
Really liking Hawkmoon in crucible. I very rarely even take advantage of the exotic perk but it's just such a consistent feeling weapon. Can't wait to farm some different rolls for it.
Apparently there is going to be a heroic version of the mission we ran to get the weapon that you farm for rolls.
I got lucky and my first drop was pretty decent. At least you can get them. I see people on Reddit claiming they can't even get them to drop.
ive decided im done with destiny. despite how much i enjoy the game i dont see any point in continuing to play with no raid group.

Well, I jumped in and finished the last encounter, not the whole raid. But don't feel bad Odin, they do have a full squad. Good problem to have, probably, as long as people are willing to run it multiple times, to help others. 8 people to run a 6 man raid.
Yeah, the deal with our group is we play more than just Destiny. So the group chat can be three different games at once. That seems to be a problem for newcomers.
thats not really possible with the new ps chat system. strange system that i mostly like, but thats a confusing "feature"
