This system software is pretty shit. Games seem to randomly not install correctly and if they do they may refuse to download updates or updates will be queued forever without actually starting. There’s been weird network connection stuff, too. Was worried it was just me but Reddit tells me I’m not alone. Ghost of Tsushima (disc) is my latest issue, won’t update. I’m also downloading Spider-Man remastered (digital) for the second time today because the first download got borked. I’m not complaining too much since I actually HAVE a PS5, but it’s frustrating.
In the app its usually pretty accurate. The only times Ive run across something that it said they had but I couldnt get was when it will have "hurry only 1 left" and Ive found with that if it isnt in the spot its supposed to be in its usually in the store somewhere but they have absolutely no idea where it is.
I've heard of others having these issues but I honestly haven't had a single problem (knock on wood).
I had to re-download Destiny after moving it from the external to the SSD. No other games have given me problems. I've had two system crashes, though. Was basically just a reset of the console, which isn't too terrible.
I was afraid to use my external after hearing about some issues so I just did a fresh download of everything. Only transferred my save data over Wi-Fi. Downloading is so fast on PS5 it was probably faster anyway.
Did anyone successfully get a PS5 from Walmart last Wednesday? I was able to get one for store delivery and pickup with a window that ends tomorrow. At this point, my delivery still shows processing and on track for pickup tomorrow, but have had no communication or updates since Sunday.
I finally got Tsushima to update after the 3rd install. Just janky stuff. Haven’t had any crashes, though.

Took me a tiny bit longer, but not by much when I dl'ed Demon's Souls, Sackboy, and both spider Man games. Would have taken like 5 or 6 hours on my PS4
According to Popfindr, local Targets are supposed to drop stock today. It says my local Targets have a total of 60 disc units and 24 digital.
Any announcement when they'll open it up for purchase? I've got three stores near me that say they have 40+ units.
Walmart app said they had 2 chargers in stock. Went and couldn't find them. Worker said she didn't know and maybe they were in the pile of stuff they still have to put away. Somebody hid those mother fuckers.
