strongly disagree. The game on pc was fucking great. They offered to give everybody their money back on Xbox and PS and said they would make it right. I’m assuming you didn’t play it on PC?
I haven't played it at all. I've still got a backlog of games on PS4 that I probably won't even get through. I'd rather ram my head into a brick wall before I tried playing this game on a PS4 Amateur hour as far as I can tell. Giving people their money back after failing to deliver on the most hyped video game I can recall. Woof
Sounds like you’re just looking for a reason to be pissed off. Maybe don’t play on a sub par gaming platform and you’ll get to experience things at their fullest.
I'm not pissed. My Twitter feed was swamped with hype for this game all 2020. It's hilarious they managed to turn this hugely anticipated game into a spectacular failure

It's the typical PC bro opinion so not surprising. It's also missing the entire point. Even if the game looked good on PC it was a shell of the game that was promised.

Yeah I have cyberpunk and it’s good but it’s not worth playing on PS4. You can’t even really play it at all on the older system like I have. I like the game but just gonna save it till I get PS5 and enjoy it

I was still playing through the story on and off but then the 1.5 update of Stardew Valley came out and I’m on that again so that should tell you something

What’s the general consensus on how the team that created one of the greatest games ever managed to put this POS to production?
Just bad management. You can tell there is a lot of talent that worked on this. But it was rushed and because of that is buggy and largely unfinished. A lot of systems were thrown together last minute to meet a deadline. This game honestly shouldn't have been released for another year and a half I'd say.
I was so stoked on this game. Wanted to finish it 100%. All the side missions and everything. Spent countless hours trying to finish it. Can’t even do it because like 3 of my missions are bugged and no matter how I complete them it says I failed it. Stopped playing for months so they could potentially fix it, tried it again a few weeks ago, still broke. Really frustrating. They really dropped the ball on this game.
I played a lot at launch on pc and didnt have any major glitches. I didnt finish it but i still have 100 hours of time played. i very much enjoyed my time with it and plan in running it back when enough content has been added to sufficiently change the experience. i'll give it something in the 90-92 range. it was a much more enjoyable experience than tw3. i do have one major thought here though... ...people actually expected a good experience from the last gen console version? seriously? for this? thats idiotic. dont be so foolish next time. be like the people who decided to wait, they'll remember the game far more fondly than you will.
i did the same. PC and played a fuck load. Didn’t have any crazy glitches. Just those few missions that just won’t let me pass them. Some don’t trigger the end where I meet someone, they just never show up no matter how many times I finish the mission. Or I finish the mission how I’m supposed to and it says Passed and then a few minutes later I get a call saying I failed. fun game but I’m disappointed that they spent so long making the game and still have issues where I can’t complete the game 100%
Considering they released on current gen I think they should have at minimum expected it to actually work considering they charged $60.
if you want to torture yourself with trash combat for an S tier story, i totally understand it. but i dont. not to mention cyberpunk has an infinitely more interesting setting.
