if the league is going to overturn decisions that they have used replay to make, the people deciding to overturn the decision should be the ones in front of the replay monitor. This idea that one referee sits and makes calls is ridiculous. Have a team that reviews it. If they unanimously agree you change the call. If it’s split 2-1 or 3-2 then the ref goes to the monitor and decides. The same group of shit refs are just as shit as a VAR official.
nobody deserves to have themselves or their families threatened but I can’t help but roll my eyes at Dean and EPL refs in general becoming the sympathetic figures of all this.

Add in the 2 UCL matches and it’s been a pretty ridiculous run of matches between us. There was a 1-0 City league victory in between, with I believe Foden getting the winner very early on.
