There are a handful of subboards at the top of the page. Threads below are where current discussion is happening. To clean up your front page, find topics you have no interest in (Mine: all Major League Baseball threads), click the thread, and when the thread loads there is an "ignore thread" option at the top right center of the page. You can chose to follow a thread by clicking "watch thread" and the top left center. To start a thread of your own, click the "post new thread" button just above the thread list. Topics are largely sports related, TMB started as a College (American) Football/Off-Topic board. There's a lot of American politics threads, current events, music, home ownership, snakes, birds, depression, memes, porn, fast food, etc. There's no rules other than no doxxing and don't be a piece of shit. The latter became an issue during the last 6 years as the board aged away from college shitheads to "adults." To access your profile page all the info is on the top bar with alerts, your name and profile pic. No one really uses that feature to post on peoples profiles or anything. It is a free site that runs off charity of its users, donors are granted access to a "donor board" where mostly nothing happens but some threads that intesect with peoples real lives do get moved to occasionally so there are some entertaining reads there.
