I hate being forced to listen to Tim Howard so much. NBC needs to stop trying to make this a thing and give us back the two Robbies. Also, what happened to Martino? Did he get canned or something?
Leicester have looked so poor today and in both games against slavia Prague and their injury list is piling up but the lack of European football might be enough for them to get back some league form. They will need ndidi and vardy to both stay healthy though.
I have to imagine that it was his choice but it’s also possible that NBC was going to give him less time on air to try and force this tim Howard thing to happen and he left rather than get partially demoted Howard was really bad when he started. I was hoping he would grow into it but he hasn’t. He’s improved a decent amount from when he started but that’s more of a reflection on just how bad he was in the beginning.
Howard used to come on Fox Sports back in the day and was atrocious then. No one with a brain would hire him after that, but when the only pre req is American, we have the mute button.
I think that was early days NBC. When they first got coverage they’d have him in the booth for Monday matches or if he played Monday, possibly one over the weekend.

Yeah definitely not because of injury. I don’t blame him/PL from pulling him though. Don’t want to bring more attention to your shitty refs.
Just for clarity sake, he doesn’t move as fourth official, but if the referee were to get hurt he has to replace him.
