I’m on S2E7. Best scene in the entire series so far has been Rip and Beth on the roof and him telling her what he spends his money on. Just incredible.
That was without question the best episode so far. Rip doing Rip things and then Beth beating the fuck out of the masked men after they had already been killed (one of whom was Herc from the Wire). Also the way Rip texts is perfect. Spoiler
Just finished season two. Lol @ the dipshit Beck brothers thinking it was a good idea to kidnap Tate. And lol @ fucking Jenkins having a worthless one-man security team. Couldn’t be happier for Rip. Dude just got shot and days later has absolutely no qualms being the guy to draw fire for the rest of the crew. What a champion. Will probably be caught up by the end of the weekend.
Starting S3E8. One of the first things I didn't really like was the whole Jamie birth certificate/adoption thing.
Caught up. I fucking hate Jamie and he must die in season four. Roarke was a great addition. Hope he gets more screen time next season. Show is amazing. Glad I finally started it.
lol I love that the actress playing Teeter is from fucking Malibu. the thought of Teeter stepping foot in Malibu is incredible.
I just finished watching all three seasons in about a week. Lloyd is great. The stripper with the pink hair is great. Rip and Kayce are great. Blew my mind when I found out Rip is the guy from Dazed and Confused. Spoiler Beth is dead, everyone else lived.
Just getting around to season 3, and only 3 episodes in. Spoiler New chick farmhand they hired is a caricature, and wayyyy over-the-top. Too much. Other than that, the first 3 eps are alright. I'm not as glued as I was for the first 2 seasons, but it's still far more enjoyable than most other shows.
Rewatching some of season 3, so do we think Jamie is in on the hits on the family? I don’t think he is in on them per say but I don’t he cares that people are after them and trying to kill them. Either way I’m ready for Kasey and Rip to start slitting throats.
Rip: "Who is that, Jimmy?" Jimmy: "That's Mia, she's my girlfriend..." Rip: "...............gonna be one of these fucking days isn't it, should have never gotten out of bed. Get your ass in the truck."
Wife and I started this a couple a months ago and finished season 3 this afternoon. Rip is fantastic, big fan of Kayce, Beth is stone cold nuts and highly entertaining. Jaime is so slimy, having your sister sterilized is ruthless. I think my single biggest question about this show is how they pulled of the rapist/murderer sting. I told my wife Monica was a plant when her car was broken down just based on her evasiveness with Kayce. But did she have a GPS tracker on her? Had they found the body field already? Heck of a shot by Mo there, though.
I mean, they put a bomb on a plane and it was never mentioned again. I love this show, but it's full of thungs like this
“Auctioned plane of mysteriously dead Beck brothers explodes in mid-air on first flight since purchase” Kayce Dutton:
Also funny that whenever I see the guy that played Malcolm Beck in different things I immediately think of Angels in the Outfield
Is that Ryan bingham's character (walker?) With the repeating rifle? Also, looks like the Indian special ops guy is going to go off Am excite
had never seen this show but I watched season 1 on a series of flights this week and this was my thought. Story lines go from absurd to ridiculous and the dialog can try way too hard but it’s entertaining and I’ll keep watching. I had my glass raised for #1 Whiskey Myers fangirl Zack Zedalis in that episode
