I really still don’t even understand how anyone would try to make that argument. We bat the best hitter on our team immediately after the pitcher without any issues. Arguing Freddie shouldn’t bat 2nd because the pitcher is batting 9th is nonsensical.
Dansby might end up regretting not getting some deal done when Braves extended Oz and Ron. His career 85 wRC ain’t looking like it’s improving at this point.
I think we def see Arcia at some point if he doesn’t start hitting. Arcia has better defense and is probably as good as .179.
