Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

It's a fun mode to go into solo.

 

There's a real easy formula for success to keep the player base high and interested.... they just don't get it because they're dumb af or they somehow don't have the servers to handle it.

Verdansk Regular: 1-4 player mode options
Verdansk Resurgence: 3 player mode permanently. Never introduce the "Mini-royale" again. Just keep this there forever
Rebirth Resurgence: 2-4 player mode options
Plunder: if they really need to have this always available whatever

And if they wanna change it up - every once in a while do a throwback to a good game mode like Zombies halloween mode Trios in place of Verdansk Resurgence. I know the ridiculously large file on my XBox hasn't deleted shit that has been downloaded over the past year so the Zombie file is still in that motherfucker. Bring it back for a month or something. That shit was fun

Curious what everyone has as their fav loadie ATM. Mine are all pretty much setup for the small map and want to get back into the big one. I love to run and gun. My current fav is a Ram setup for speed and the Khar. Also, have an LC10 and M14 setup(for running and gunning) that I love. Looking for a new sniper for the long map. Used to love the HDR but seems like the ads is slower.

new LMG that just dropped for this season is currently broken. Game sucks the same amount it has for some time. Still play it every Friday night with the boys while drinking beers tho.

 

Took a break from solos and been playing a lot more Rebirth with randos.

Island drops are still really fun IMO.
The respawn timer mini-verdansk was also much more fun than regular verdansk but of course they only had it for like 2 weeks.

 

Played with some shithead “streamer” the other day. Was bitching about one thing or another the entire game. “Six games in a row, chat.” Probably had three followers.

When he got knocked, I just left him.

 

Warzone isn’t that fun when you’re teammate can’t win a single gun fight.

 

What’s the deal with the latest update? Everything got nerfed?

Rebirth Resurgence is the way to go for me. Quicker games and more action. But teaming up with one random or nobody every game is tiresome

 

Played trios for a couple hours last night. Dropped in with a team of two half the time.

 

Wait, trios are back? I played on Monday and we were always teammate-less on squads, like usual

 

Yeah trios are back right now IIRC from last night. I’m not good enough for how fast rebirth plays so I have stuck to verdansk.

 

We drop control center on rebirth and get control. Everyone else drops in the middle and the rotation late game is generally pretty easy if you stay out of the middle of the map. Getting control of Control Center can be a bitch though.

yeah if there are several teams there in the beginning and we get fucked off we try to find a secondary drop. Or we just get wiped and then it’s on to the next one.

 

Yeah if we’re taking it on the chin, we just land loadout and hope for the best.

 

We drop Bio every time then rotate either coast line.

 

Best thing about Bio is if there’s not a buy out back, there’s one at Decon or Chem. I hate when somebody wants to drop Security and the closest buy is Living Quarters.

 

Yep, I prefer there’s no buy station or scavenger. Then load out at Decon, and through the tunnel to Chem

 

The milano cheese is real. If you can hit your shots in the chest/head/shoulders the damage buff and multipliers they added make it a really strong gun from 30-75m. Whatever the build is that's on JGod's youtube video on it for mid-range. And since it's smg you still move fast and have a super quick ADS. only drawback is having to use something else as your short range that doesn't eat SMG bullets as well. been experimenting with the AsVal and a super light M13 to fill that role since I couldn't get the XM4 he suggests to work for me. Dropped 10 in back to back games last night on the island with Milano/Val combo

The Vanguard multiplayer could have all the potential to be the best multiplayer experience from Cod in a while but we would never know due to the decision to go to kill streaks instead of score streaks. It really fucks up the pace of the game

 

It’s the same as WW2. Like exactly the same in the beta

 

I liked the balance of the guns in Vanguard. Nothing felt overpowered and that’s what CoD has dealt with a lot in the past. The maps felt the same as WW2

Yeah I miss playing zombies but not $60 worth. Cold War was the last CoD title I never bought since the original MW2 came out. I don’t see me getting this one either

 

Anyone having issues with the servers on Cold War multiplayer? Shit tons of rubber banding and my network is testing through the PS5 in the 150mbps range.
