I had never seen this before but it is really embarrassing with is saying a lot for tamu edit: dump already posted but it's hilarious so it stays.
Also for the record ColeTrickle is an incredible human, poster, and left-handed golfer regardless of what his university does in my eyes.
What quarter of the first Texas and OU games do we hear the crowd chant SEC-SEC-SEC for the first time?
UCF and Cincy are the slam dunks, with Houston, BYU, and Memphis being brought up less frequently. The TX schools left wouldn’t want Houston promoted and BYU has its own baggage and Memphis would make KU’s stadium look nice
The current trending name for the remaining teams is the Hateful Eight, at least according to CFB reddit.
Memphis makes more sense from a geographic standpoint than UCF. That travel will be worse than ours for UCF
Maybe we could could get Chevrolet to reintroduce the IROC Camaro and it could be our title sponsor. The IROC IR8.
That's not the issue. Most of the schools don't have airports so you have to bus like an hour. Plus, wait til you get a 9pm game that doesn't tip til 930. It's just miserable
Personally I’m looking forward to dozens of Kansas fans chanting SEC SEC SEC mockingly while beating UT again
As an Ohio State fan, I must admit that I admire how much the Texas administration appears ready to lean into its role as evil heel over the next four years.
I am totally cool just being in a fun league of plucky mid level schools and playing fun ass games all the time and having our champion probably still make the playoff every year
I'm excited to see what happens to the ashes of the SEC in 25 years after Texas ruins its 4 conference.
Combo league is better than the PAC. Its getting 1 if not 2 every year in the playoff no matter the makeup.
This raises a good point. In a 12 team playoff, an unbeaten champ from the Big 12 is in, regardless of whether Oklahoma or Texas remain.
Saw a UT Alcalde or whatever from 1972 the other day. The stars and bars were popping off in that thing.
I’d be for just UCF and Cincy honestly. Keep the pot split between less teams and a nine game schedule playing everyone is very fun imo
