The main reason I don't want to face pc is cheating though. Although that should be somewhat better now with the anti cheat. Plus Bungie is requiring the purchase of the yearly expansion to play Trials. So that should really cut down on it. Of course cheating is even becoming an issue on console now with shit like Cronus and all that.
It is kind of a pain to join up with non-clan members with crossplay. Have to become friends on bungie.net, for the time being. It should be great tho, increasing the player pool option. I always went between xbox and ps5 based on what friends were playing at that time. PC I usually always played solo. The 100k nightfall is a pain in the ass. first 70% of the nightfall there's god tier snipers with void shield. Then it switches to arc and solar.
Sniper Resist/your flavor of armor resist or just double sniper resist and have that resilience over 50. Oh and non PC bros my Bungie Name is ChuckyCharms#3705 if you ever want to play.
Gonna be awhile I think. They said '22 in the announcement. But yeah without chat its definitely not great.
Yeah, in game chat will work okay. I like to have my chat and audio coming from my headphones so I can hear.
Yah, playing PS with PC will require gamechat. At least with xbox and PC you can use xbox live party chat via the desktop app.
I am adequate at the game. Movement is definitely hampered by controller, but map and radar awareness help diminish the somewhat prohibitive nature of it.
ive barely played. so far no strong opinion. the artifact certainly has some intereating stuff. i cant figure out what my main build will be. the work theyre doing with new weapons is quite good. the quality of story content continues to rise.
Still wish there was a better barrier option. Otherwise some good mods. Some of the new well mods and stasis mods look interesting. Ready to try them out. Content wise it's okay so far. Hoping we get a Presage type mission at some point.
Really enjoying the fusion/linear fusion buff & particle deconstruction, which is surprising because I’ve hated those weapons and haven’t used them at all in like 2 years. Any story involving the Taken & Hive is always 100000000X times better than anything Vex/Cabal/Fallen related so it’s no surprise that this season is already better than anything we’ve had in a while. Just wish the seasonal quests weren’t time gated to only a couple of steps each week.
Agreed on both points. Enjoying my Null Composure/ Thousand Voices combo. Been a lot of fun. Outside of me occasionally blowing myself up with 1K. Been trying to farm some good rolls on the Trials of the Nine guns. No luck so far.
I've seen the video. Depends on what you are fighting and how easy it is to crit. Because if you are missing crits Sleeper tanks in damage. Also I think ehroar is better at pve testing than Aztercross. Just my opinion.
I did a reply of D1 and loaded D2 to play. Is the story mode gone for D2? All I get is to start playing behind light.
No way I'm running top tree in a GM. But stasis also can. But I don't know if I'll use that mod or not.
There's Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light. The y1 story has been removed. It sucked anyway in my opinion.
I don't even worry about champion mods in lower level stuff. You can just burn them down without the mod typically.
I almost feel like Destiny needs a new type of special weapon at some point. I guess the glaive thing will be that but not too sure about it.
Aztercross had to revise some of his dps testing because Shuro Chi is weird. 1K did better than Sleeper on Templar. Threaded Needle plus Witherhoard might be king though.
I’ve still yet to ever complete a raid on Destiny 2. I don’t know why I continue playing if they make the raid content the best.
