Do you mean Georgia/Arkansas or Bama/Ole Miss? I figured Georgia/Arkansas would get a primetime spot. The game was tight for a half last year and we've got a lot of good buzz, plus there's the Pittman/UGA storyline. Feels like a waste for 11am
Don't see how that slots you behind MSU, and we definitely are not on UGA's level at the moment. Maybe they think Georgia will blow you out and doesn't want that in prime time
Not going to start Ark/UGA game in 4th Qtr of CBS game. So 5pm is out. Not going to start it at 9:30 local so late is out. Only other option is 11.
tbf i'm pretty happy with the 11am kickoff on the road. but will be playing in a member guest in little rock and was also kind of looking forward to watching it with like 100 other drunk hogs at the country club
Yeah, from a TV viewer's standpoint, I always prefer a primetime game. As someone clinging to a hope that we are good enough to beat one of the top teams in the conference, an AM game is our best bet.
this is the first game that jumped into my mind https://www.espn.com/college-football/game/_/gameId/262800002
Yall wanted it bc of back to back road trips sucks bc means unlikely my arkansas buddies wont make the trip.
So I haven’t watched a second of A&M this year. I know they had to use the backup qb, but how did they barely win against a Colorado team that couldn’t even hit 65 yards of offense at home vs Minnesota?
The backup came in after the 2nd series and played like shit for the first 3 quarters. Played well in the 4th quarter, but the QB/OL combo is bad. And Jimbo has seemed to overemphasize the pass (like he tends to do anyway) to try to get some reps/rhythm instead of just letting the RBs win the game.
Is Butthole Eyes done for the year? Never saw what the true injury was to his ankle. "Butthole Eyes injury" didn't work in Google
That seems highly optimistic. Usually it's just 6 weeks for the bone to heal, then have to rehab strength and mobility form it being isolated for 6 weeks.
are there any fun non-conference matchups in 2022? Guessing Penn State makes return trip to Auburn. Georgia plays Oregon, but unfortunately it is in Atlanta.
Bama @ Texas, Ark vs Cincy, Auburn vs PSU, LSU vs FSU in NOLA, Miss State @ Zona, Ole Miss @ Georgia Tech, ATM vs Miami, UF vs Utah, Mizzou @ EMAW, Tenn @ Pitt, Vandy vs Wake
Although it would be tight as f if they kept it tight lipped and announced schedules with OU and Texas included
Right I just don't know if it somehow affects home and homes or if that'll be taken into consideration when they do enter the league. I'm sure there's some interesting fine print in those contracts that could come into play if they don't have return trips or something odd.
I doubt saban wants to humiliate him so they’ll probably run the ball the entire second half when they’re up 49-0 at halftime
