Sounds like on3 needs to hire Owsley as a consultant to proof read any of Shannon's supposed wildlife stories.
He even capitalized “Wolverine”; guess he’s not being particularly subtle about which site he’s poached.
The Wolverine is the name of the rivals site. As Anison said, no subtlety and from a world view point perspective, they’ll get along great
um’s rivals site is massive, I believe it’s one of if not the biggest one rivals but it’s been getting worse and worse
I kinda can’t stop thinking about this because it’s such a blatant lie. Given the rarity of wolverines in Wyoming, and the time and resources fish and game has put into studying them and trying to understand their population dynamics, I’m sure they’d be thrilled if Shannon shared information of his encounter with them. Things like location, season, elevation, time of day, etc. could provide invaluable data.
Yellowstone may attract millions of visitors each year but is still one of the most remote places in lower 48. In fact I remember reading the point in lower 48 where you are farthest from a navigable road is in Yellowstone, so I'd imagine any chance encounter would've occured in the remote parts of the park, and that this jackass didn't stray more than a couple hundred feet from the roads. I give it a 99.99% chance he's lying about even seeing a wolverine and 99.9999999999999999% of lying about an encounter.
Whoever runs the SBTerryOn3 Twitter, please promptly share your login information with Owsley so we can watch him dunk on Shannon over this wolverine encounter.
Should tag fish and game to ask if they’re interested in more information about the encounter for documentation.
I'm devastated by all this new information that Shannon Terry did not actually survive a wolverine attack. I really thought it was true before it was debunked in here.
Looks like super Terry tagged the environmental and outdoor writer for the Jackson Hole News, whose tweets have included:
that site hasnt had legit football sources since lloyd carr left and has had no basketball sources since juwan arrived either
Wait, so was his encounter with the wolverine supposed to just be promotion for this new addition to On3?
I would like to see a percent breakdown on Terry’s tweet with the word “monster” or “beast” since he launched On3
Which should be noted is a healthy level. They are listed as of Least Concern by the IUCN. They just have a big ass range (over 200 square miles) and males don’t like to overlap.
The Lower 48 isn’t really their habitat. They prefer tundra and boreal forests. I don’t want to call the #Michigan Wolverines frauds but no Wolverines live in the Wolverine State.
An example of the high quality info thewolverine site Terry just acquired provides "Traore came out of nowhere in the last year to move from outside the top 150 to No. 4 nationally. He has a final 10 of Oklahoma State, Memphis, Louisville, Tennessee, Texas Tech, LSU, UCLA, Michigan, Utah and the NBL (Australian professional league), and he’s been hard to pin down for interviews. “This is a tough one because visits are going to determine so much in his recruitment,” Rivals.com’s Rob Cassidy said. “I’ll use a bit of a cop out on this front and go with either Texas or UCLA. I’m not confident enough to put in an official pick for either school just yet, but based on past conversations, those two programs seem like the most logical guesses. “I’ll give the slight edge to the Bruins if I have to choose right now. Could all this change after he takes additional trips? Of course. But that’s where my head is for now.” Traore has a ‘Giannis Antetokounmpo’ type of game, per analysts, and is so skilled he’s almost a sure bet as a one-and-done. Michigan will host him on a Sept. 24 official visit." “Taking the opportunity of going pro out of this one, I’d put some money on Texas coming out on top here,” Rivals.com’s Dan McDonald said. “The Longhorns were one of the first high-major offers from the five-star post player and it’s really hard to count out Chris Beard and his staff in any recruitment right now. This will likely be one of the more fascinating recruitments in the 2022 class.” A few weeks ago Traore eliminated Texas..................
Wolverines could saturate northern and northwestern states and id never agree that a chode like Shannon “tangled” with one.
I love that they hype up taking an average of 3 numbers and a "composite" is some revolutionary thing.
3 years to make a data base of kids who play football Shannon Terry is definitely one who thinks the free market and capitalism could solve anything as well.
