I like Cole, but im surprised HOW OVER he is with the AEW crowd. Getting pops like one of the top 3 people on the roster.

 

Cole is my favorite wrestler. He is fucking amazing in the ring, and in all his videos he does on twitch and YouTube he seems like genuinely one of the nicest guys there is. Hard not to be a huge fan of his. Hell even Cornette who is known for hating small guys always talks about how amazing Cole is

 

Cause he is. I think he’s the best in the world right now.

Surprised they're doing Cole and JB already, thought thatd be a big feud BUT someone pointed out on the AEW discord last night during Rampage that Jungle Boy doesn't really get feuds, just matches. So I get it. Wonder where Cole goes from there.

I haven’t watched Raw in many months but it’s pretty easy to see what is happening in almost real time by just going through your Twitter timeline.

 

I don't actually watch it, but I listen to weekly shows that review it or see others bitch about it on my wrestling discord.

But you can keep being a WWE fan that watches a shitty product and look for issues in AEW's product to "even the discourse". No worries.

Its hilarious how up in arms some of yall get... you're the only one discussing what is going on on raw, not sure anyone else ITT is watching it or keeping up with it. And I haven't really watched a raw or SD in months other than once or twice I tried and pretty sure I said it was awful ITT, yet have watched a lot of aew and been mostly positive on it since they've brought in more talent....guess that makes me a wwe fan

 

Why exactly does it bother you when people talk negatively about WWE? prior to AEW, this thread was nothing but anti-WWE stuff, But since AEW became "hot" every thing is "you AEW fans".

 

I just don't understand the constant why would anyone watch this stuff posts...then don't watch it. Clearly you aren't their demographic (unsure these days who is). There is actually an alternative now so people don't have to hate watch wwe anymore to get their wrestling fix

 

Majority here don't seem to watch it, but it's still something to poke fun at in passing. WWE is still part of one of my hobbies. I don't watch as much football as I used to, but if teams I don't like lose I'm going to laugh at that too. Don't see how it's any different. Only people invested get upset about others poking.

 

I usually have it on because there isn't much else on Monday nights. It's not great, but I'm usually in a wikipedia hole while it's on. I haven't been really able to get into AEW yet. I just don't know enough of the players.

Sure AEW is around and the majority of the thread prefer it but WWE is a staple we all probably have been watching it since we were in elementary school so even with the alternative available I bet people still tune in even if its background noise.

If I hated WWE as much as some seem to itt I would just stop it cold turkey but maybe shitting on something you hate provides joy that I can't understand. When a TV show goes to shit I just stop watching, looking at you RAW. Idk some of these same people stopped supporting NXT that was led by Adam Cole, Kross, Lee but get so fucking upset when they don't get used properly on main roster or now think Cole is the best wrestler in the world yet didn't support the show he led.
