I donate in Atlanta and it ends up in Columbia often. Surprising given all the gunshot injuries in ATL ….
My wife just discovered tiktok and I have a to say that the robotic voice in every video is one of the worst internet creations since facebook
My German Shepherd is terrified of dachshunds. Her best friend is a Frenchie, though. If they weren’t both fixed she’d probably let him have a go.
Golden/Lab doodles aren’t designer dogs, they’re the greatest new thing in good boy related technology
Team goldendoodle and shih-poo checking in. I'd always been a hater of poodles, but gat damn that hypoallergenic game they bring to the table is <borat voice> very nice!
When used properly it’s great imo. I’m not on TikTok just see whats posted here/reddit but I’m sure on the app it gets vastly overused.
Designer dogs are for people too caught up in toxic masculinity to just own a poodle. Basically every great quality people claim in "doodles" comes from the poodle side.
My guy is definitely a wavy doodle versus a curly doodle, which I actually prefer since it’s less maintenance/grooming. He’s the best dog I’ve ever had.
Poodles have a wonderful temperament. They're stereotyped because of cartoons and the Continental cut.
Kinda random, but about 6 years ago my wife and I were living in a condo and we kept hearing this really annoying noise. It lasted 3 days, hard to sleep, etc… sounded like it was coming from inside the wall. Finally had enough and started knocking on our neighbors’ doors and asking them if they heard it too. They were putting their ears on their walls, the whole 9… they couldn’t hear anything. Determined to figure it out, we went back to our unit and starting turning the place upside down. Turns out, our vibrator got turned on and was uncontrollably buzzing in a drawer. We’ve never laughed so hard. Energizer batteries ftw.
And worst dog I’ve ever had, but love her to death…..I dye her every year or so and make her look ridiculous to get her back for all the shit she destroys. Never go to a pet store after day drinking.
Makes sense. Both my kids desperately want a dog, but my son has pretty bad pet allergies so a goldendoodle is probably our best case in terms of a fun, cuddly dog. I don't consider little dogs to be fun.
Do lots of research on doodle variations (F1, F1B, F1BB, F2, etc.). No dog is truly hypoallergenic, and some doodles are better than others. Even though ours is an F1BB (85% poodle, 15% golden), he definitely has strong retriever genes and does shed some.
